• Take I-85 S. to I-40 E. toward Raleigh.
• Take exit 273 (onto Hwy 54).
• Turn right at the traffic light at the top of the exit ramp. Go through four traffic lights. At the fifth traffic light, turn left into the Exchange at Meadowmont.
• This drive will lead directly to the Franklin Street Partners Building (second building).

From Raleigh and Points East:

• Take I-40 W. toward Chapel Hill.
• Take exit 273A (onto Hwy 54).
• Go through five traffic lights.
• At the sixth traffic light, turn left into the Exchange at Meadowmont.
• This drive will lead directly to the Franklin Street Partners Building (second building).
