Robert C. Eubanks, Jr.
Founder and Chairman of Franklin Street Partners. Previously, Bob was Co-Founder and President of McMillion Eubanks Capital Management in Greensboro. He has more than 40 years of experience as an investment professional. Bob’s community activities include serving as Chairman of the Educational Foundation Investment Trust and as a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association Investment Committee. He was elected twice to serve as Chairman of the UNC Board of Trustees and has also served as Chairman of the UNC Endowment Fund, President of UNC Alumni Association, President of the Educational Foundation and Vice-Chair for the All Kinds of Minds Foundation. Bob is an alumnus of UNC-Chapel Hill.

M. Lee McAllister
Lee is Vice Chairman of Franklin Street Partners. He is also the President and CEO of Weaver Investment Company and several related operating companies located in Greensboro, NC. He serves on a number of corporate advisory boards including Pella Corp., Biscuitville Inc., and BB&T Triad Region. His community activities include board member of the Gateway University Research Park, past Chair of the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, and past Chair of the UNCG Bryan School Advisory Board. He is also a member of the Elon University Investment Committee and the Weaver Foundation Investment Committee, and Vice Chair of the UNCG Investment Fund. Lee is an alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

W. Robert Newell
Bob is Chief Executive Officer of Franklin Street Partners. In addition, he leads the marketing and business development efforts for the firm. He retired as President of Wachovia Trust Company in January 2009, after 27 years with Wachovia Bank. Bob is on the Board of Trustees for Peace College in Raleigh, serving as Chair of Development and a member of the Presidential Search Committee. Bob is Director of the Winston-Salem Industries for the Blind. He also served as past Chairman for the Forsyth Memorial Hospital Foundation Board and on the Board of Directors for the Hospice and Palliative Care Center Foundation. Bob received his B.A. in Business Administration from North Carolina State University.

William B. Thompson
Bill is President of Franklin Street Partners. He is responsible for the Firm's taxable fixed income management and also coordinates the family office service activities provided by Franklin Street Trust Company. Prior to joining Franklin Street in 1995, he was President and Co-Founder of Peacock-Thompson Investment Management and formerly an Executive with Carolina Securities Corporation. He received an MBA degree from The Darden School at the University of Virginia in 1982 and a BS in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University in 1978. Bill has more than 30 years of experience as an investment professional.

Craig S. Lewis, CFA
Chief Investment Officer of Franklin Street Partners. Craig previously managed over $2 billion in small and mid cap growth equity portfolios with Essex Investment Management in Boston, where he was a Principal and Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining Essex, he held a variety of positions including Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst at Putnam Investments. Craig began his career as an analyst at Evergreen (formally Keystone Investments). He received a BA from the University of Notre Dame in 1986 and an MBA from the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School in 1992.

Carol E. Manzon
Carol serves as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Franklin Street Partners. She also serves as the firm's Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Franklin Street, she was Accounting Manager for Digital Pathways, Inc., a California-based high-tech computer security system manufacturer, later purchased by Symantec Corp. Carol holds a BA degree from the University of South Florida in Business Administration.
